Is it safe to use your sunscreen while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Absolutely! The Activated Mineral Sunscreen is a Zinc Oxide-based mineral sunscreen and is safe to use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, in vitro fertilization (IVF), or egg (oocyte) retrieval.
Are your products coral reef-safe?
Absolutely! Activated Mineral Sunscreen is 100% Zinc Oxide- based mineral sunscreen and is safe for the coral reefs, and you can absolutely use it in Hawaii or anywhere around the world.
Do you test on animals?
Never. Our sunscreen is Peta-approved and is animal-test free.
How tinted is your sunscreen?
The tint is sheer and very light – intended to show the color of your skin underneath. It’s designed for all genders so we can all glow together.
Where can I find a full ingredient list for your sunscreen?
The active ingredient is 14.2% Zinc Oxide. You can find the full ingredient list here.
Does your sunscreen contain nano particles?
No, our sunscreen is formulated with non-nano Zinc Oxide.
Is your sunscreen silicone-free and paraben-free?
Yes, it absolutely is!
Is your sunscreen fragrance-free?
Yes, it’s fragrance-free and hypoallergenic.
Is your sunscreen safe for all skin types?
Yes, it is a lightweight facial mineral sunscreen that was designed for every skin type including oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin, which happens to be the founder’s skin type!
Can I use your sunscreen on my kids?
Yes, Activated Mineral Sunscreen is a mineral sunscreen that is safe for all ages, including kids older than 6 months of age.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our Activated Mineral Sunscreen comes in a 70% Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) resin tube and a 100% PCR resin cap. This means 70% of the tube and 100% of the cap are made of recycled plastic. The carton is 100% paper. Both the tube and the carton are recyclable!

Do you ship domestically and internationally?
We offer standard shipping to all US states and territories. We also ship to P.O. and APO Boxes. Shipping is free for orders over $55.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
